All Clear Event Services was created to fill the void between event management and public safety & security.  With over 50 years of combined experience in live event production and public safety, our team is driven by a passion to elevate the level of professionalism within the live event industry and across all types of events.

WILLIAM FREED

Co-Founder / Co-Owner

William Freed served for 26 years with the Memphis Police Department in Memphis, Tennessee.  Retiring at the rank of Major, William was last assigned to Special Operations and was commander of the Reserve Bureau, Harbor Patrol, Mounted Patrol, Air Support Unit, Special Events and Homeland Security.  In this capacity, as both a lieutenant and major, William was the On Scene Incident Commander for all major and minor events held in the City of Memphis, most notably:

  • Memphis in May International Festival
  • Memphis Italian Festival
  • Cooper Young Festival
  • St. Jude Marathon

FLOYD BENSON

Co-Founder / Co-Owner

Floyd Benson has spent nearly 30 years in the special event industry, producing or providing production support for over 300 live events, from club shows to arena shows to festivals.  He possesses a unique background encompassing all aspects of operations for a diverse group of organizations and events, including production, ticketing and box office management, marketing, food and beverage, merchandising, sponsorship, fund development, administration and volunteer coordination.
